Getting closer you all getting excited…. As we look forward to welcoming you back to live football at the MKM Stadium at the start of the new season, we’re urging all Hull City Members, and supporters who have previously purchased tickets from us, to make sure that they are able to access our online ticketing website. The site initially launched last year but, with football played behind closed doors ever since, it may be a while since you last visited, so please do ensure you still have access. All you need to do is click here to visit the site and then click ‘Login’ and then ‘Login’ again on the pop-up window. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ button, enter your Customer Number or email address and you will receive an email with instructions to follow. If that email doesn’t arrive, look for the ‘If you are unsure of all your Login details please contact us by clicking here’ line, fill in your details and we’ll be in touch to provide assistance. If you haven’t logged in to our ticketing site since its launch in September 2020, Hull City Members, and supporters who have previously purchased tickets from us, will be asked to create a new password when using the website for the first time. This can be done by clicking on ‘Login’ and then following the on-screen prompts (please note that your Customer Number remains the same as previously). Once you have logged in, you will be taken straight to the ‘Update Details’ section where you can check, and update if necessary, the details we currently hold for you. If you have difficulty logging in, please DO NOT attempt to register a new account as this will not hold your current credentials. Please click on the ‘If you are unsure of all your Login details please contact us by clicking here’ line and we’ll be in touch to provide assistance.
One thing I would say, is that it is not that easy to get banks to give proof of funds. Funds would have to be blocked at that point so then cannot be used for another purpose. So unless all other points are agreed and it is then a case of actually striking the deal, then unless you are awash with money, then I can appreciate any possible buyer might find it difficult to get this.
Shish, at least give it 24 hours before we give up hope. Maybe we could donnate something to help. It's hardly going for a pittance.
Swansea a victim of EFL war on ambition Some may remember Swansea's grand plan. Steve Kaplan and Jason Levien, the owners, were going to sign top international players to attract global sponsors, reaching new fans, which in turn would finance stadium expansion and improve training facilities. Looks clear on paper; and that's why 91 other clubs are also trying to do it. This week, manager Steve Cooper left after taking Swansea to the Championship play-offs in consecutive seasons. He has seen key players such as Daniel James and Joe Rodon sold, with scant funds to replace them and it promises to be another lean summer. Cooper may feel his prospects improve elsewhere, but there is no guarantee. The pandemic has scuppered a lot of schemes, but so have financial regulations. If owners cannot invest in a product, many settle for moribund stability — and there's nothing the EFL is harder on than ambition.
So. Turns out it was bollocks again I can only conclude it’s the same game as usual. Club leaks rumours of a possible takeover through a number of different sources at the time they either need to encourage new members or make sure they have an excuse for not spending ‘because there’s a new owner coming in’…or both. Might not have been needed this year but it’s probably habit now when we change leagues. T’was ever thus
Wasn’t where I heard it first. First rumours were on here I think, then Turkish media after that. Tbh nowadays media everywhere just copy and paste from other media and message boards anyway, so any rumours started with a few people pushing them spread like wildfire internationally
Seemed to me that it definitely came from Turkish side rather than the club. My assumption is that he/they lost interest when they realised what the cost would be, and / or they simply didn't have that sort of money. But what do I know.
Being ITK is worthless. I've been telling everyone we're not up for sale for years and been proven right time and time again. But who sees me as ITK? No one
To be honest I don’t really believe that (not suggesting you’re lying but I suspect there’s some inside the club feeding that type of thing out)
