Just watched the full video and I don't think they're confident.

 

Id say it would be foolish to sound confident when she has no idea of how ARB is going to go, she would be ridiculed again for confidence now and then it all falls apart.
I felt she spoke well while not being bullish

 

She is someone who doesn't know what is going on. She isn't a party to arbitration.
