You really think they would try that with a CAT case looming? What has happened to your supreme confidence of winning that?
It is very unlikely. Theoretical given the CAT case. I am still confident. The PL's conduct has been a disgrace and CAT will expose that.
The PL cant afford for this to drag into the season Fans voices will be heard loud and clear on live television broadcast
Exactly. And that is why, if we win arbitration, the takeover will go ahead within a few weeks. Lose it, and it might just finally turn into a comp case for Ashley.
Staveley is likely out of the loop as she isn't a party. She is just giving an opinion based on that. I think it's potentially weeks away.
Only if Staveley keeps up these TV appearances, stirring up the support. To be honest, she should have been doing this a long time ago.
I've never known a forum flip flop as much and as often as this one. The lot of you are absolutely bi-polar.
She is really piling the pressure on. Adverse publicity with even more impact given her name and connections.
Just thought I'd say nobody knows when arbitration starts, how long arbitration lasts, or how long the prem test could take if nufc wins. I'd say all that could would take months not weeks.
Watching Staveleys interview she mentions the next few months. I think she is referring to what happens long term. Watch the full interview. That is an owner. She was an NUFC fan growing up due to her dad and grandad.
