I am not prepared to answer that without seeing Nick’s next photo. I suspect it’s just the usual delaying tactic in the hope that they can reach a solution over arbitration. Presumably they would much rather reach a settlement through or during arbitration over the ODT as then Ashley would drop the Anti-Competition stuff. The latter has far wider ranging consequences for them. With ODT they just have to let club sale go ahead. In other words post your Donkey Kong GIF.

I have to be honest it sounded at the time like the scales have been rigged for arbitration. I was hoping it wouldn't get that far, but it would seem its going to and that means I have less confidence in a positive outcome. There's of course the possibility it's all part of just drawing awareness to the case to make it less easy for the panel to **** us over. Just the threat alone might be enough. We really need government intervention, but it won't come.
