To be fair to her, its not really her remit. She even told people who to take aim at in the statement. There's always a few, sadly they always get the most exposure.
The thing is she's addressed the entire fanbase for i would imagine the minority of idiots that have taken to using capital letters and abusive language. We've been thrown under the bus as usual by our own fans.
That headline is misleading because the article doesn't say anything about Staveley escalating her concerns to Dowden.
