There is absolutely nothing, other than him coming out and saying so, to determine that it was anything more than a coincidence that some people read into it to come up with an answer that was going to be right anyway. If you are bewildered by that then I can't help you.

I didn't say you weren't right. I said nothing of substance had been announced yet to be right about. When you wanted to claim it was about the case being about change of ownership (which was a 50/50 option anyway) I said you were right about that, but that there was no evidence that NDM's pics were intended as a clue to that. Whether it was 50/50 or not is irrelevant because I was right about something I asked you a simple closed question that required only a yes or no answer and you of course avoided it. The fact is that nick demarco posted a picture that either deliberately or inadvertently could be argued leaked information that enabled me and others to conclude correctly that the case was indeed for change of ownership. You suggested he wouldn't do that and I've just shown you evidence that he did.
We're back to square 1 I'm not trying to prove that you're questioning whether anyone could prove demarco did it on purpose I'm simply highlighting that he did whether it was deliberately done or inadvertently done is irrelevant. You're still not getting it. You being correct does not prove he did it deliberately or inadvertently. It is perfectly possible that the picture had no hidden meanings, intentional or inadvertent. It is possible that it was literally the exact same pic he would have taken whether he was involved in the case or not. By claiming that the hidden meaning could have been there inadvertently implies an element of intent even if subconscious. If there wasn't even an element of subconscious intent then it was coincidence and absolutely nothing more. I really can't understand why you can't accept that as a possibility. I have accepted the possibility that he is dropping hints, but that I think it unlikely and that if true also both stupid and unprofessional. Can you really not see any possibility that this could be a coincidence whether it led you to the right answer or not? NDM doesn't wake up every day and think about you!!
