Unless it can be conclusively proven (which it can't) then he is doing nothing wrong if he is dropping hints.
If someone were to accuse him he has years of twitter photography to argue that he is showing off his hobby.
Would it piss off a judge who hadn't pronounced judgement yet if he thought one team was publicly claiming victory?
On complaint would be classed as misconduct and subject to disciplinary action by Bar Standards Board.
Has to be proven and Windy makes valid points but I can’t see any QC of his stature would even take a chance.
