The £350m per week was more than the net UK contribution but the UK government has spent more than £350m per week on the NHS after leaving the EU.
Turkey doesnt look like they will join the EU for a long time.

The rate of increase is slower than the long term average.

Whether I denied it or not isn't important. In real terms there is less money going into the NHS because the increase is less than it usually is.

It is below the average increase! Above average increase = good. Below average increase = bad.

I reckon the amount the NHS get is a red herring, as it needs a better structure rather than more money.

It needs more fish oil and less middle manager/coordinator/link-person/corporate governance types..

Maybe just let doctors and nurses get on with it.
I may have to rephrase that these days..

Whatever your view of the NHS the fact remains that it is failing in many ways. A chap up the road from where I live in the UK had a lesion on his forearm. Had a GP call, not much to worry about. This was last year. Eventually diagnosed as a melanoma that spread to his lymph nodes. What could have been diagnosed and treated is now life threatening and in need of a lot of expensive treatment. He is 66. We need to stop pissing about annoying Putin and attend to the things people need.

I am sorry to say, but if it has spread to his lymph nodes then it is more likely to be life ending. Hope he pulls through though <ok>
