We're in for Haaland and Kane apparently. About 300m for the pair. Sucky's piss boiling nicely. ****ing love it.
Kane’s gonna be worth about 58p by the time he’s 30. Man looked like an old carthorse against Croatia and injuries are catching up with him already Levy’s gonna want £150m for him and any club would be mad to pay that. He might end up staying at the spuds and being sold to Watford for a snip in a couple of seasons
Honest question bru. Would you rather Kane was sold for £150m and you could invest that into the squad ? Or keep Kane with the risk that he doesn’t want to be there and manage his ever increasing injury toll ?
Keep 100%. We'd spunk the dough on more dross if we go by our last 4-5 years of recruitment. Though hopefully Paratici does put an end to that.
I’m torn on you spaffing the money on ****e, or seeing a disgruntled and ageing Kane see out his last days at the Spuds.
Depends on Kane’s mindset…if he’s wanting the move then sell. I don’t see us spending the money wisely enough but we’ve got a new Dof in…so I dunno really…we might do well with the money. If Kane happy to stay, then we keep…he’s world class.
A disgruntled and ageing Kane will still likely outscore 95% of strikers in the league, bro. So I'm sure I can live with him having a sulk from time to time
Flat caps and Zorro masks, bloke's a legend already if you ask me. Shame he'll be sacked in 12 months once he's told he's gotta be the third manager to get a tune out of Winks, Sissoko and co.
Yeah initially I was a bit underwhelmed, especially as it sounded like we were close to getting Conte but been reading up on Fonseca since the news broke. Sounds like he plays a decent brand of football so that should get a few fans on side, though apparently struggles in big games, so basically he's the Portuguese Poch, lol. He was Paratici's first choice target (though we'll likely never know for sure) so hopefully they can work well together and reshape the team, we've been a ****ing mess for a few years now. Lot of us wanted a new DoF to take the footballing side away from Levy so I'm praying it pays off going forward.
