Apparently players asked to resume game after finding he was stable in hospital. Suppose it's what he'd probably want. Fair play to them, I suppose the world is 18 months diffy and people want to crack on.

 

Very surprised. The players are humans too, they can't be focused on playing a game surely

 

I am surprised. I assume the players had all options available in respect of the game so it must be what they've agreed. Some of those Danish players looked shot to pieces though.

 

Wonder if they'll have to bring on a sub, or, under the circumstances, Finland let them just replace him?

 

The Finnish players looked shocked as well, I wouldn't be surprised if they play the game out for a draw. I guess the fixture has to be completed.
I might be totally wrong and they score a hatful of goals.

I agree. There is no way they can finish this game properly imo, the energy they will have used up mentally and physically during the last couple of hours will be ridiculous.

Not really a time for players to be rolling around screaming holding the wrong body part after hardly being touched and winning a free kick like.

Agree, you would think that with what has just happened they would sort their **** out.
Its a shame that the vast majority of humans don't realise how fragile we actually are.
