Thank you, Mick. Just got our *Indian' menu out to order a slap-up for tomorrow. Better check the beer position too! Makes up for the bitter disappointment of missing the Bowen yard winner at Perth a few days ago. That was a bit tough!

Thanks Oddy. Yes, Jason can be a pain sometimes. I find one of the most useful things he does appears on the ATR thread, in the 'courses' section. His authoritative run-down of a track's peculiarities, camber, etc., I have always found useful. He's ridden these courses long enough in the past to know what he is talking about. Not a bad lad, really, is old Jason. Sure seems to like his 'tucker' nowadays though, doesn't he? :emoticon-0100-smile

Gifted Ruler ran as if he needed today's race. Didn't pick up and then gradually weakened.

Warrior Brave ran about a bit and looked to run in snatches to some extent. He hung quite badly but was finishing well and damn near looked like winning it at one stage but just couldn't get to the Fav in the end. I thought Warrior Brave ran his best ever race today and if he can harness all his ability he may just be decent. He is going to be Handicapped about 100 now and life in that sphere will be difficult because of that. Quite pleased with his effort against the warm favourite and he was well clear of the third Steel Bull.

Well done to all winners today on a tricky afternoon.
