I still reckon the PL will just continue to say no regardless truthfully. The big 6 etc have made it quite clear they do no want competition, they don't want anything upsetting their ownership of the league. The league has been bollocksed for ages. The problem is it was ok when you had owners who were rich. It wasn't even so bad when you had owners who were millionaires. It changes entirely when you get billionaires who have an inbuilt desire to monopolise to maximise the money. Unfortunately the big clubs, or rather the money men who own them, have probably ****ed the game as a competition for the foreseeable future.

I'd love it all to implode and go back to square one. Then we can build it back better Sorry I couldn't resist.

i can never bring myself to click on a chronicle or liverpool echo link as they are the same company and it makes my eyes go funny with all the popups, ads etc. Their websites are impossible to read. A complete mess.
