Only 50" but 4k too. TCL is the brand and cost me about £380 off Ebay. Picture and sound quality is really good, especially for the price.

If your going to the cinema then 'Nobody' was a decent watch. Stars Bob Odenkirk.

Sci fi/thriller - Cloverfield, 10 Cloverfield Lane are both good.

I’m just watching “The Debt” - Mossad tracking a Nazi war crim in the 60s

horrendous line “I saw 4 of our soldier match a thousand of your people to a gas chamber, I saw then you had no right to live; not a single one of you was unselfish enough to resist”

ouch. I love that kind of thought provocation - it’s all kinds of wrong (guns were involved!) but is fascinating in a sociological sense.

    but …. England are ****

Just watched “The siege of Jarotville” about Irish UN forces sent to the Congo to keep the peace. True story, absolutely unbelievable.
No spoilers, but well worth a watch!

Danger Close is similar, Aussie unit in Vietnam, small scale action that brings home the arbitrary nature of bullets
