I think Mick has visions of Vassell being our secret weapon up front, Tomlin to be fit and firing to play him in, and Murphy to burst through defences with sheer power. Vaulks and Ralls will control the midfield with Pack's pace over the ground protecting the defence.

    Then he woke up............<laugh>

We have Ng and Sang in that position. I dont see Williams coming to us to play left back.

Sang is essentially a midfielder who has done well at rightback. Up to MM where he sees him being most useful.

Agreed. Sang was an end of season makeshift who did very well, whereas Bacuna was a start of season makeshift who didn't.

We're still without a proven left back other than the young Bagan or another makeshit candidate on the left side in Brown. In the absence of a left sided recruit to replace Bennett, I'd rather switch Ng across and have Williams on the right.

I'm just concerned that after Wilson's experiences with Mick (not all good), he might have a word in his club and Welsh teammate Neco's ear and point him elsewhere.

Very strange to have no follow up after a statement like that.

Despite posts by "ITK" knowalls on other fan forums claiming the recent transfer embargo imposed on City was lifted at the end of April, there's been no official confirmation by the club.

City made a point of issuing a statement on the 6th April confirming the ban had been imposed for a breach of the EFL account filing rules, but no similar statement has been released on the official club website that it's no longer in place.

The Collins signing wouldn't have counted because he was an out of contract free agent anyway, but who are these other two, and if they've been "signed off", why no news?
