Not part of our strategy. We need a young and developing player to replace the BOS role. Speed and guile is what we need and lots of quality crosses.
Good question. If Liverpool have a sell on fee of say 10% (who knows if that sort of thing happens at that level) then we could be entitled to 20% of that 10%. If he went for £50m that would be £1m, so nothing to scoff at. I doubt it's a thing bigger clubs agree when they sell players between one another though.
I think I am right in saying that the agreement with Liverpool was through a tribunal and not a deal between two clubs. The agreement surely became final when he was sold to City and raked in our percentage.
Depends what the terms of the tribunal I guess. If it was that we get a % of any future profit they get from Sterling, we might then get a % or a sell on fee they have.
Uncle Albert thinking of leaving. I think he was only on a one year contract possibly with an option. As he is not getting enough football. (Forest (!!!!!), Derby and Brum circling) Is just clickbait..Forest connection shows lazy journalism
Club has been running a comp where the winner gets to announce our next signing (bit weird) and it closes today. Possible announcement this week then? Charlie I would imagine.
Oh I do hope so, otherwise I have to move my signed picture back into the box that has ‘Arry Deadcrapps in and it’ll leave a strange empty space in my collection on the bedroom wall, much like it’ll leave a strange empty space up top next to Lyndon next season
I honestly would be surprised if he doesn't sign. It seems nailed on. The only challenge we have now is convincing newly relegated Fulham to let go of Johansen. They won't him to show loyalty. But they didn't use him much. I eont get the mentality.
Great news... Thought it was clickbait. Although he has played and scored for HIS team...I am sure he wants to do the same infront of adoring fans. He was not getting even what he is getting with us at Forest. I am sure he is sensible enough to realise...he won't get a starting spot every week in a top team... Regular football at a lower team....or a go at promotion with HIS team as an impact ( and I bet it will be a hell of an impact) sub...for one more year. He would be daft to move
On the QPR page on Facebook just shown video of Charlie leaving pitch last game and says Charlie departs, then Charlie shuts the laptop and says into camera “ Departs, I ain’t going nowhere “ Has he signed anybody know anything !!!!!
Austin signs a two-year deal. Well done to all involved. I just hope we haven't broken the bank on his wages.
