I would say £10m back then was worth a lot more. Beckford waited and walked on a free so Bates would get fk all. Roberts has apparently been offered a new contract and hasnt signed so far, he obviously thinks hes worth more wages than offered. Well Tyler prove it.....
I live in Whitley Bay not a kick in the arse off Newcastle and read the local rag sport pages everyday and not once have they even had even a passage of text saying the Bar Codes are chasing or interested in Roberts. The toon are a mess. I'm still expecting him to be gone though. I honestly hand on heart don't see him getting in our 18 next season once everything is signed and sealed.

I would like to know how much do we have in the kitty to play with for new recruits? One thing I am sure of is that the new recruits they will be in signed, sealed and delivered before we know who they are, Orta will not fck up again like he did with Dan James.
Saint-Maximin would be a great signing for Leeds. Can't really see it happening though tbh but also I can't see him wanting to stay at Newcastle either - he's far too good for them. Maybe offer them Coco, Roberts, Costa and Forshaw in exchange
