I don't think the Everton squad is good enough, soon as he made a single sub the quality of the side dropped by a massive percentage. Most of the times if Everton brought off one key player they dropped points. So i dont think he flopped personally
I think they should be finishing around 7th, especially with the calibre of manager and some of the signings they made and the fact they’ve got some decent players there in general. 10th is a really poor season for them I’d say, even if points-wise things were close between them and those immediately above.
