Not really, just pointing out that nobody can see into the future with accurate precision, it's what happens on the day with cup final style games.

For what it's worth, the manager hasn't even had a full window yet, that and the fact there's been a lot of difficulties ie: the congestion of fixtures, the virus outbreak etc. I personally think he did well to get us going on that run after Parkinson, we've come up short though, not a reason to be screaming for the manager to be sacked IMHO. Also, I actually believe that we will rampage this league next season, as has been pointed out already, this is the end of the clowns legacy, not the new and current owners. People should demonstrate patience.

So you’d keep wyke and get rid of Stewart who worked his arse off yesterday for 75 minutes and ran himself into the ground? Now I’m a fan of Wyke as everyone knows, but I’d keep Stewart ahead of him based on the little I’ve seen!

If we were that scared of Blackpool, we don't deserve to go up. Bollocks to that. We're Sunderland fans, not Sunderland fannies.

Of course we should have wanted a play-off final and a crack at promotion.

Some people would've gone to one match in the 70's and 80's then never gone back.

We travelled the length and breadth of the country in the back of furniture vans and watched some dreadful stuff but always sung our heads off and supported the lads ...

... some people now seem to live in a f**ck**g dreamworld where life just isn't fair if things aren't going their way.

I'll be there next season, so will you ...

... Haway the Lads and let's not wave the white flag before the season's even started.

Absolutely spot on. My mother owned a bakery in the 80s. Had 2 bakery vans travelling all over the place home and away. At least 4 of us in the back of each one!! Occasionally without tickets and sneaking into the home end!! Some truly awful football but it never bothered us

The noise from 10000 fans on Saturday was amazing. Hairs on the back of your neck standing up at times. Best I’ve heard fir a long time! Hopefully that atmosphere will be there next season

Not much between Blackpool or Lincoln imo., the two sides play a very similar style, and on our day, with the right team selection we could beat either of them, either way I am looking forward to enjoying the plat-off final without stressfree, may the best team win and that team could be easily be Lincoln. PS it would be a bonus though if Blackpool win and both Robson and Embleton are involved however ironic that might be.

I'm assuming Embleton will be back here next season and heading towards the starting line up?

Dunno like, that team in the championship under Grayson / Coleman was absolutely appalling. I mean some of the fcukers didn't even bother turning up.
