He is right. NUFC ask for documents then the PL are obliged to provide. Deletion is a criminal offence. They can ask for all letters and emails. If Hoffman/ Masters have emailed any of the other PL clubs or a broadcast partner about the takeover they have acted unlawfully contrary to competition law.

That is the thing. The arbitration is separation. The CAT case is literally armageddon. It has the potential to topple the PL, BEin Sports and the big 6.
it probably didn't I ordered something a few weeks ago and got the red slip they put through the door, went to pick it up at the collection place and they said it had been delivered. Er so why have I got this red slip?!
The thing is I paid for signed mail but I never put the tracking number on ebay... Not only did I not get the £20 for the T shirt but I also paid money to post it.. I basically ended up paying £4 to give away a £40 t shirt new with tags.... Now I've got ebay trying to charge me for some fees or something. I'd never sold owt on there and I'll never use it again.. It would've made me more money if I'd just took it outside and burned it
I think they got it and just realised I hadn't added the tracking number.. I never even realised I had to do anything or that they hadn't t paid... after I'd left it a certain amount of days it was too late to dispute with eBay..i think they realised that and just said they didn't receive it.
