Irony is I hated the idea of us moving away from Filbert Street... I'd grown up there and my father before me ... all that (not particularly successful) history down the pan ... wasn't having it ...

Now in 2002 if you'd told me that in the next 20 years we'd get relegated to League One ... then win the League One title, Championship title, Premier League title and FA Cup ... plus lose our chairman in a traguc helicopter accident just outside that new ground, I'd have said ..."sounds like an amazing film script mate ... but no ****er will find that believable... give yer head a wobble"
