Knowing that Tevez is a good player. Manchester City are currently pissed off, and if they decide that Tevez can go on free transfer, but only to English club, and Tevez is willing to take a wage cut.Would you take Tevez as a player for your club.? Assets: Quick Powerful Strong Can score goals Can create chances Can assist Liabilities: Home sick Can cause disunity among players May not like to be on the bench May refuse to play. Comments.
IF we got him, huge IF btw especially as we don't ahve his lover mascher anymore, then he wouldn't sit the bench, no way. Downing or someone would make way. Would be sick though behind Carroll/Kuyt/Bellamy you could have Suarez, Gerrard, and Tevez. That ship sailed long ago btw, we were in to get him but that was also the summer we got the money pulled from us after we finished 2nd and were told we would have a "warchest".
If he were willing to take a £150k pay-cut, then yes. He's a top class player, and I reckon Kenny is the sort of manager that would get the best out of him. His goal return is excellent. As far as I'm concerned Ferguson ****ed up big time by not keeping him and instead kept faith with Dozy Dimitar.
Don't want him he would upset the dressing room, he feels he is a superstar and should be treated as such.
mr tevez and his agent anre money hungry scum. mascherano is the same.... Oh i don't doubt for a second that either player has done anyhting but give everythign when o nthe pitch but the fact remains that with thier agent they totally ignore contractual obligations.... don't give a toss about a clubs strategic building and just take the signing on fee and within 6 months are hungry for another signing on fee. Tevez doesn't give a toss where he goes as long as there more moeny in it.... but the issue is he's never going to get a fee like city have thrown at him. There are not that many arabs so i fully expect him to go to this dodgy russian unpronouncable club for the money. west ham, in tatters... utd saw through him... city agahst he did it for a third time. I'd not touch that clown with a barge pole. i fully epxect some day that city will reveal what the found out about the dodgy bid from corinthains for him. 45mil? yeah right.
If Kenny took Tevez it would be the worst managerial decision that he ever made. Kenny has always said that he only wanted players at the club who wanted to be here. With Tevez you know that would not be the case.
If you could seperate Tevez the player from Tevez the person, then yes. He's a fantastic player, but as a person, he's an utter scumbag. He's almost as bad as Diouf and Rooney.
i hope he gets ****ed by man city. they have the money they can pay him and put him in the reserves for 3 years. let him run around with the reserves or the kids for the rest of his contract. he'd be 30ish by the time it runs out and hopefully it'll **** his career! he's a disgrace and should not be allowed to play anymore.
To answer the question... No. It's clear that he wants to go back to Argentina to be with his kids and if we did somehow get him, you know he wouldn't actually want to be here. Good player but he has an awful attitude and we don't what that type of player upsetting the dressing room.
Am I reading this right Some people would actually take Tevez?? WTF is wrong with people, where has the pride gone about who wears the famous red jersey? I wouldn't even want him being the boot cleaner.
Everyone conveniently forgetting the fact he wants to be closer to his family too, Sky! Ok, Liverpool is nearer the sea and he could get the boat but honestly, as if he'd go there. Aside from the obvious that he's a total ****.
