Thank you for that input Robbie. Just one thing though regarding your last sentence - please don't mention football on this thread.............
There is only one breakfast bacon crunchy on the end covered with a lovely fresh fried egg so when you cut into it runs all over ,also brown sauce, christ im hungry now talking about it,where is the wife.
you had to do it didn't you???? (no offence) we'll probably get Masky here soon with talk like that. Mind you, if it were Minxy that's a different story hahahahha
Sorry Robbie. I left it alone for ages but Maskey didn't appear and I couldn't let a gift like that go to waste.
Reasonable start to the day. Went out fishing. Morning warmed up. Sat in a boat on my club water, coat came off. Approaching lunch, cloud lifts, wind drops, fleece off, fishing in shirt sleeves. Early afternoon, sky darkens, layers on, strong wind and water beat to a froth by hail the size of marbles. 40 mins later, sun shining on the piles of hail piled everywhere. Water standing on the roads, one gateway in one of our fields under 6 inches of water. Another balmy (or should that be barmy) may day in cheshire.
After a game of rugby I'd often take a mug of tea in the shower. It was always weak at the end, but there was plenty of it.
Just hope it was watered down tea and some other showerer had not refilled it "from another source" while you were looking the other way.
Here we go again then. Just about to pack up the laptop ready for the off. Bets hedged once again with sufficient beverage supplies stashed under the floor, with another half dozen in the chiller bag at the ready on arrival. Should be down in deepest New Forest later this afternoon ready for the unload and consumption. Fortnight in the cottage booked up front, and you never know - wonder if I can get another deal?
Have a good one Sparks. We will be in Poole for 2 1/2 weeks from 12th July. It will rain. It always does......
Not going away until 2 weeks tomorrow. A week just a few miles south of rhayader. Will be stood in the river Wye, rod in hand (steady on masky), for a few hours each day.
