Losing is good? No wonder RH and Gao love it here with fans like you. You're actually pleased with this?
Playing okay really but not creating too much. Probably should have one goal from the Che and Tella chances mind. They've conceded late goals in last two games so will get nervy if it gets to final 15 and still one nil. Still in it.
Saints should have scored. They look like they are just trying to get it on target rather than looking for the bottom corners of the goal. I'm also worried how Liverpool are able to ride tackles but Saints aren't.
I thought we did OK. The goal was a shame, Bednarek lost Mané, and we should have scored at least 2. I’m not happy, but at least we’re creating chances. As Tom said, given the last 4 months of ****, what do you expect?
I've really enjoyed it. It's a good open game with chances at both ends. We're missing Danny's clinical touch but that's nothing new.
Only one goal in it, despite the first half having a kind of 5-2 feel about the match. Playing well, despite an element of chaos at the back.
Liverpool haven't dominated and we have had a couple of very good chances, the next goal is obviously important but the game is open enough to believe that we might still snatch something here.
Mate you're a miserable ****er aren't you? I reckon you only come on here cos you always get hammered by your missus.
Richards has hit the nail on the head there. With Danny on the pitch we score at least 1 in that half.
Tell that to Burnley, Brighton and Fulham who all managed to keep clean sheets (& win) at Anfield against this giant of a team. I'm sure they're all bigger clubs than us/didn't have VAR/injuries etc though
I thought Redders has been ok - always better when running at defenders though, rather than turning outside and running out of room.
