I think you are correct in wanting Arshavin through the middle. The only time he seems to perform these days is when he is playing in that exact role for Russia and we should look to use him there, he could be prove to be a very very influential player for the side with his vision, instict and general class...people often forget that he is essentially playing out of position on the left.

He came back from that serious injury and put in a brillant performance against United last season. He has had good games this season but like the team can't do it week in week out. But he will get better.
After the injury he had, it was mighty impressive. Also that game was this year, so it counts. He was good against Bolton and Udiness at home and away. Too much pressure was put on him this season. Before the injury he was not just a good player, he was outstanding. But slowly but surely he will find that again. For Wales he has shown why he was made captain. A class act in their games. Just needs to do it week in week out for us.
He is not Jack Wilshere in terms of passing. Never was. At his best for us (pre injury) he played passes that would look to create something in the final 3rd all the time. So he is looking for passes that are hard to make. When he was on form those passes found their target. But right now he is trying to be like Wilshere but he is not playing well because for a start he is not that type of player. Ramsey is more box to box and is a bit more like Gerrard and Lampard while Jack is like the Barca players. So Ramsey needs to be high up the pitch and look to score goals. He has scored 5 goals in 6 games or something like that for Wales. Thats his game and when he is in form he will banging them in for us. But do not expect him to do what Wilshere and Fabregas did. For that you hope Arteta can drop deep and play that game.
I personally would like to see Song in a more advanced position and Coquelin in the holding role. To be honest, this season Ramsey's been ****house.
He has not been very good but not that bad. Like I said he will come good if he sticks to what he does best.
i would actually say jack's more like a box to box player than ramsey. jack runs endlessly attacking and defending. he just needs to add goals to his game. ramsey is more advanced, and doesn't defend as hard.

as you lot see, my expected line-up (2nd one) was basically correct (ramsey for rosicky) and i got the score correct, although not the scorers. anyways, a good shot don't ya think?
