They haven't lost arbitration given that it hasn't started. There would be no reason for Ashley to sue the PL while waiting for arbitration unless he was using the court process to effectively determine the outcome.
We can't be sure it hasn't started imo... I mean the last court case nobody had a clue was taking place then it was announced. There's possibility they've realised they're going to lose... Nobody knows is the reality. We can make assumptions and predictions but we can just assert things. I've heard it's been lost today
Almost like predicting games based on current form as opposed to wild guesswork. Wonder which sage like poster said that once....
If arbitration had started and NUFC lost Ashley would have referenced it in his statement. He didn't. De Marco hasn't commented. The club has not released any decision or findings. Arbitration has not started nor been lost.
Not so much current form but you're wise to predict the top sides to beat the cannon fodder because statically they'll win more often than not
Jesus why not read my post! The CAL claim is just the one NCSL launched last year, now taken on by Ashley. This one is now being fought by Mike Ashley directly as he believes he has the PL bang to rights on competition law breach. That’s a power play. The arbitration claim hasn’t finished, probably hasn’t started, because the club has won the right to make the findings and verdict public. My personal negativity is this is Mike Ashley. He is self serving personified. Therefore all of these legal challenges could feasibly be little more than compensation claims and spite.
