Splendid young chap. He looks like he has zero interest in face painting or hugging Roary. Well played City.
Proof of how very easy it is to get positive PR, and at very little cost. Also proof of how things could/should have been very different.
Exactly right - it's a piece of piss to generate good PR, beats smacking a bat over their own heads like they have done for the last few years.
So the young lad has to watch for1 match, the guy with the flare has to watch for 3 months. Thats really harsh.
Josh Magennis and Grant Mcann have won player and manager of the month for April https://bit.ly/3f4p2L8
That’s a great way to finish. Pleased for Josh and Grant. Great goal tally for Josh and redemption songs all round for Grant. Hat eating award soon to follow for many of us.
Skybet has us at 8/1 to get back to back promotions https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/spo...s/championship-betting-2122-hull-city-5389261
If we're 8/1 for promotion we must be pretty long odds for relegation. I reckon that's worth sticking money on, because as the season progresses and we're only upper bottom half the odds will on relegation will sink dramatically, giving a nice cash out offer on the bet without us ever actually needing to be in real danger.
Some crackers there but the goal of the season for me was the one that never was .. KLPs when he cut in from the left and hit an unstoppable shot from the edge of the area to top right hand corner only for it to be disallowed for someone else committing a foul .. can't remember who it was against but would have been goal of the season anywhere. Thing that stands out for me in that clip is it shows how wonderfully comfortable Doc is on his right or left foot.
Spoken like an accountant, meanwhile the football fan recognises we have a talented team that's on the rise.
Are we saying 14th would be a poor finish for us as a newly promoted team next season then? 8/1 is usually the top 5 or 6 so was expecting long odds on relegation. If we're then 14th in January/February odds are a lot shorter and the cash out makes some money. I had forgotten 8/1 includes promotion via playoffs rather than just automatic though, so really it's going to cover at least half the clubs in the league.
