anyone heard anything on anfield road end planning?

We ought to be starting work by the end of this month if we are completing this project in 2 years.

no word since march 1st on planning.

We shelved the original plans over a year ago to submit new ones and announced it last December for consultation. Consultation is over 2 months now.

I would guess that it isn't happening now or at least until the full cost of the pandemic is finalised .

It'd be nice to know the planning is actually progressing wouldn't it?

Give us another reason to shout FSG out.

So now we get to find out what people are thinking politically. tomorrows local elections might be very interesting.

Scotland vote is very interesting as it is seen as a vote on sturgeon and a vote on independance referendum

wales looks a vote on the labour party and if the brexit tide goes out for tories.

In england its again a vote on labour v the tories and do people think starmer is a slime or at least not as big a slime as johnson.

Anyone planning on voting for greens or independants?

I haven't voted Green or Independent. I have voted for three people I know and a bit of research gave me the fourth.

Don't know about others but it's past tense for me because I have a postal vote.

Dont it make you.proud though that the might of the royal navy could be applied.

I can almost see dear old nigel spitting out the words to rule Britannia in between counting the cash she made on shorting the pound.

Felt like that moment in dunkirk when Kenneth brannagh looked out and saw all those heroic small boats, except the small boats were french.

    so the result are in!

Hartlepool have spoken and starmer needs to go.

The tories win hartlepool so the country is firmly in the grip of the conservative capitalist pigs.

A Voter just said they voted Tory cause 'Labour haven't done anything for them and have let them down'

Abit hard to do anything when you have a Tory govt who deliberately starve Labour areas to make the Labour councils ineffective. Also there hasn't been a Labour govt for 11 years now, how on earth do you expect them to do anything.

Instead they prefer a corrupt bunch of capitalist elties because they think they can get a slice of the pie (they wont it will still all go to London and the 'Boys'). I swear Boris will have to take a **** on the Queens head before the morons stop voting for him.

As for Labour, Unfortunately Starmmer has all the personality of a brick wall, smart guy just not very captivating

Incredible isn’t it. 11 years of Tory rule and they’re blaming Labour for their lot.

As for Starmer, I think the party has been eating itself since he was elected, with the bitter Corbynites acting like Tory enablers. Starmer himself has largely been effective at PMQ’s but he’s been caught between a rock and hard place with the ‘red wall’ Tories, who’ve been lured by populism. Labour is ****ed.
