I do similar egg pots but with a jacket potato instead. Might give them a go sometime, use some beef toms & make it worth while.
Yeah mate, works a treat, big jacket, hollowed out, layer of cheese, bacon bits eggs and then cheese again slice of tomato. Bangin
That's good that. You could probably do that with small sweet peppers as well. I could use something like pesto as a substitute for cheese.
Not sure I can be persuaded to eat that stuff. Was thinking more like this, as the vegan version don't contain cheese... please log in to view this image
The Red Lion in Penderyn @Chief When the pub closed they set up a pizza van. https://www.littlelionpizza.co.uk/
So they do standard pizzas but also go experimental. The first one (mine) prawns cockles laverbread and samphire. The 2nd one is 12 hour slow cooked duck with a Hoi sin base sauce, the bits on top are the pancakes you usually gets with hoi sin duck but deep fried and crunchy.
I had a proper stone, domed, wood pizza oven for a few years, picture below from the company’s website, but only used it a few times. Had to be seasoned when I first got it and sealed every year to stop it from becoming porous. TBH it was a waste of money for me as I didn’t use it enough. The oven that Fosse has got is the way to go and they do those which use wood pellets.
