@jhunterchron Vumbaca is a lawyer who acted for Madrox when Donald took over the club in 2018, so I assume he's there as SD's voice in the boardroom. #safc
I know nothing about business but feel the love for Mr Vumbaca, this actually is the board of SAFC? Were in for exciting times ahead no matter how this season finishes up.
I wonder if that was because he was appointed by the original Madrox, when the Spanish ( Madrid) members were part of the set-up?
I think Vumbaca is there to be the voice of SD in all honesty. Obviously Sartori is a shareholder but I wonder if Maurice will have shares too? If so that would be quite a hefty amount of finances behind us
A bloody filthy rich board and all appointments put in place right down to the u18 coach. Now hopefully we can sit back and watch a well run club being watered at the roots and the club grows in every department especially the player acquisition. HA'WAY THE LADS
That's a BIG assumption. It's not as if he is exclusively Stewart Donald's lawyer - I'm sure he has other clients
I really hope Maurice is pronounced the way Samuel L Jackson would pronounce it and not the way Alan Bennett would pronounce it.
He was always going to be part of it wasn't he? Didn't Kyril get interested because they're mates or something?
I'd say given the mistakes of the past having a director who specialises in sports contract law is a good thing. Don't think we'll be seeing any more Alvarez or Rodwell situations. Infact i'd say that any new player contracts will be to the clubs benefit which will be a nice change
I don’t think SD has enough shares to have his own man appointed as a director. I would have thought that Kyril knows what people he wants on the board and has appointed accordingly.
