So arbitration is done? Or never started? Just seems difficult to understand how PIF can or would want to be this clandestine. It would be very much in their favour to be public. I’ve also never got past the fact they could have easily bypassed the whole thing by setting up sports investment division. For all one lawyers tweets, there’s still something off about it.
Arbitration is simply an Alternative Dispute Resolution. Both sides can settle before any hearing. Both sides can agree a deal and stipulate non disclosure until a specified date. It can be a long process. I am baffled by views that suggest weeks. Arbitration/ ADR can take months due to negotiations.
Is this the longest thread in the history of mankind. I personally think the current top six **** will have a negative impact on it. Honestly think the appetite from PIF will be diluted. Also think the PL will use the big six effect to derail it even if they are still on board.
The big six's grip on English football is about to evaporate. NUFC, Leicester, Everton and West Ham are about to break their cartel.
we need West Ham to do Burnley tonight so that Burnley are not out of the Woods which means they will have to go for Fulham to get the points for safety
Just seen some numbers put out by Swiss Ramble: please log in to view this image That's what the fat **** spent on the club's infrastructure over 10 years. please log in to view this image That's what the fat **** put into the club over 10 years. And we're delusional for wanting him out. Chaos, give your head a wobble when claiming he's doing ok.
