Utd losing their Thursday game. That’s great news for us as they probably will need to rest some of their key players against us.

Utd ran riot after roma ran out of steam. 3 subs for injures in first half.meant no further subs possible.

 

Roma's defence was virtually non-existent.

 

6-2.

Utd can put out the kids in the second leg.

Roma lost their keeper and two others in the first half so it looks really bad but they just fell apart in the end.

 

They gave us time and space from minute 1 in the game. They were **** tbh.

Even when we went behind I thought we'd score a hat full. We faced tougher opposition from Sheffield United tbh.

It's funny because the way they played was virtually a carbon copy of their visit in 2007 when we battered them 7-1, except they actually managed to score the penalty this time.

 

They were unlucky with injuries, but even so the disorganisation in their defence was unforgivable.

i had a power cut last night and at that time it was 2-1 . ended up going to bed at about 9.30 when it was clear it was going to be off for some time . The 6-2 scoreline was a bit of surprise this morning .

PS the power came back on at just gone 11 . i know this as next doors alarm went off and rang away until presumably the back up battery died .

I would ban the player for 2 years. I would view this as low life stuff and I feel the same about racism. same ban as for drugs imo.

what I want to know s what will the Scottish FA do with the ref as he should be fired immediately. the player clearly stated he went to the ref and they didn't want to know so imo that is career over.

 

It's one of the dangers of 'coming out'. Players speak up about mental health issues to help others. To have that used against you is despicable.
