Americans have a very poor immune system in general. America has the highest rate of obesity per capita in the world, so it's no wonder the population are more susceptible to dying an early death. They're unable (or unwilling) to look after their health, lumbering entities pigging out on a fast food diet, becoming reliant on more and more drugs. Millions are ridden with diabetes. Sad state of affairs really when they're more concerned with being permanently 'offended' than looking after themselves. Only themselves to blame.
