If I've added up right we've gone 13 games without losing, 10 wins, 3 draws. I think that's pretty spectacular at this end of the season.

Just had a Greek takeaway and now on the snakebites, rare I drink at home but we've had worse days.
Oh and after long and careful consideration, at this moment in time there's no team in this league I'd swap position, points, or games in hand with.

I am the most ardent passionate supporter of Hull City on this planet.....that is an etched-in-stone calcified fact. Every move, every player, every tactic, every Ref decision...I'm on it. Just wondering, ...,.............did we win today?

If I were a Torquay or Hartlepool fan I wouldn't swap position, points, or games in hand with Sutton like some would.

Look on the Hull City banter site and you'd think we'd just been relegated.

Same. Which probably means a Hull City promotion party is a bad idea too.

I didn't agree with the politics of it not the decision to allow the demo/meeting to take place. World of difference there, as you know.

Ok. I had no idea about that. Odd cause to object to, but let’s respect the no politics rule.

If a promo party caused a spike in local covid cases, would it be worth it? That’s the balance that current legislation is trying to negotiate.

I couldn't give a toss about the politics but the question will be raised about an open deck bus tour around the city. We didn't have one after our last promotion because of short notice, as it was reported, and the fact that many players had already flown off on their holidays. The facts didn't stop the abuse thrown at the owners for not having the bus tour.
This time it isn't the club that doesn't want one. Personally I think the threat of a spike in Covid cases is a convenient get out clause and I could be wrong.
More interesting will be to see the the reaction from HCC regarding the clubs promotion back to the Championship, which can only be good for the city.
It is an ideal opportunity to offer an olive branch. That is my point.

Well .. just got home having been unable to watch the match or get updates having been in a none signal area .. the moment I finally saw the result and what it meant I ha e to say I was bursting with pride together with my lad whom I was with .. I am so happy to be proven so wrong .. I would ha e got rid of Grant many times over both last season and this so shows you what I know about bloody football. Credit to the Allams for sticking with him .. and they and us have been royally rewarded.

A massive well done to all concerned and reading through the match thread I sincerely hope all your finger nails grow back quickly !

Finally .. Howden Tigress .. what a way to enjoy your birthday .. woohoo happy birthday to you.
