Well done on Wyke on 30 goals. Great achievement whatever league. Credit to Johnson too for sorting the team out to play to his strengths. He said within a game or two we were crossing from too deep and we have changed that. Well done also McGeady. Again credit to Johnson for bringing him back and getting him playing like he is. Lets hope both can keep flying through to the end.
Good post. There is no way on God's earth that he would have scored 30 with Parky. Well played Johnson and fair play to Wyke. Fantastic achievement at any level tbh.
We have blown automatic so now need to focus on becoming very hard to beat again. Another unbeaten run til the end of the playoffs would be nice, we should fear no one and be very clear in the remaining fixtures that we won’t be needing extra time or penalties. Let’s hammer a few teams to show the play off places what we are made of.
Would like to see us get a third early doors, then freshen things up. Give McGeady and Wyke and Goochy a break. Jones, Diamond and Stewart on.
I posted on an earlier thread (can't remember which one) that keeping Parky too long might cost us. Hopefully it doesn't but if we don't go up this season then I certainly won't be blaming Johnson.
