First off I switched the commentary off, I couldn’t bear to hear the utter bullshit about how good Diedhiou and Lansbury are, yeah right. I learned nothing that I didn’t already know, we have far too many poor quality players in this squad and tonights pussies lost me £400 into the bargain. 2nd half totally beaten up in midfield.

Bentley 5 Was ok but distribution was poor.
Sessegnon 2 Made Hunt look like a world beater tonight, poor 1st half shocking 2nd, lazy back pass nearly cost us, totally lost his man for their 1st goal, offered nothing going forward, send him home.
Kalas 6 Usual Kalas type committed performance.
    Vyner 6 Did little wrong.
Rowe 4 Offers absolutely nothing going forward.
Nagy 3 Sorry doesn’t look match fit to me, never got into the game.
Lansbury 3 Frustrating does some good stuff but spoils it because he commits far too many fouls and couldn’t pass water.
Bakinson 7 My MOM great goal and tried his best in a piss poor midfield.
Massengo 4 Never gave up but his lack of physicality caught up with him tonight.
Diedhiou 3 His defensive work earns him the 3, might as well not been there as a striker, same old same old crap from him tonight.
Wells 2 Actually even worse than Diedhiou, their positioning tonight beggared belief.

I would certainly shift on 5 of tonights starters maybe even 6 if Wells doesn't pull his finger out.

You are right it's incredibly sad, we were ok in the first half but the warning signs were there, they got in our faces in the 2nd half and as usual we rolled over. No width provided by 2 sub standard full/wing backs, a piss weak midfield and 10 mil worth of strikers who never play off of the shoulder of the last defender, never anticipate a through ball, take up **** positions in the box and when we do manage to get a cross into the 6 yard box are at least a yard behind the ball.

    Nigel Pearson's verdict
Disappointing. It was poor in terms of team cohesion in the second half so I’m not going to suggest or put everyone in the same situation but we had players out there who just didn’t do what the team needed. That is something that I’m not going to tolerate moving forward.

Absolutely spot on, too many have had more than enough chances.

Hello again, RNige is doing well, he has not got us relegated, we will still be here next season, the piss pots he has inherited from various ex employees will also be gone, that will make you happy and I'm not asking.

Hilarious, Pearson should be judged properly when he has his backroom staff and players he wants, as of now he has been put in a **** situation, no pre season, no transfer window, a CEO who’s ****ing off to a different club and an owner not even in this country topped with multiple players out of contract at the end of the season who clearly know most of them are gone at the end of the season so have downed tools, he is not to blame for the shower of **** created by Ashton, LJ, DH and the Lansdowns.

Pep would be piss poor with this squad.

The last 156 games we have managed to win just 55 games.

I’ve never felt as despondent about our club as I do now.
Even during the worst of LJs losing streaks it wasn’t this bad.
Not blaming NP - to be honest I can’t comment with any wisdom on him because I haven’t watched anything of us recently.
We’re just grazing the season out.

The big problem we have is that too many players have been grazing for longer than I can Remember. Time for the big clear out but what will remain and who will pick up the pieces and put together something better?

100% agree, when we went on our record losing streak under LJ, and when SC had us heading back to L1 at warp speed at the first attempt, it was still better football than what we are seeing now, even if results were against us. We looked like we could create and score goals, now we don't. I'm very surprised that NP hasn't been able to get more from them, maybe they have all checked out as the season draws to a close, but it puts a big red flag against NP for me! One of his main attractions (as it would have been for Warnock) was his supposed ability to motivate players. I see zero improvements in players motivation in the last 2 months. This is still the spine of the squad that went to the final day of the season with a chance (albeit slim) of a play-off place 2 seasons ago, so why can't a 'proven', 'experienced' manager be doing more now with these players? It makes you wonder if NP is equally happy to let the season drift out, safe in the knowledge he can blame this on not being 'his' team, so he can force SL's hand in the summer?

Collectively this is the worst, most useless squad I have ever known represent my club
Even when we were playing the kids (out of necessity) in the old 4th Division in the early 80's and losing to the likes of Colchester and Hartlepool they at least gave their heart and soul for the club even if they didn't have the experience or ability.
This lot should be sacked for gross misconduct.

    Hilarious is the right word.
Hilarious that anyone could blame the current demise on anything but the squad left by Lee Johnson.
Kalas definitely, then you struggle to name ONE player who'd get in a top 6 side.
You might argue LJ had his best players sold from under him but come on it was his job and responsibility to replace them. He had 65 attempts, and look at the dross he's left us with.
Bentley is far better than Fielding, Kalas is a £30k a week upgrade on Flint.
How many other current players are better than 5 years ago ?

    Hilarious is about right.

A bad tradesman blames his tools.... LJ had this Squad in around the play-offs each season. Perhaps he was a better manager than you gave him credit for if he could achieve that, and others since cannot..?
