They didn’t even get that without genuine competition football means **** all, so it doesn’t surprise me in the slightest,

It was driven by clueless Yanks who have never understood football and it’s history, and wanted to clone their Sherman franchises that make them decent returns.

I don’t think they care about the fans here...for the foreign owners who have no affinity with our game and of course Levy the greedy kaant it’s become about the global audience and they obviously believe the global audience will outnumber the loss from upsetting the locals.

All true of the ones involved, but heard an interview on the radio with Alan Pace chairman of Burnley today and he talked so much sense and really did seem to get it. So it isn't all of them by any means
