Half four and up for work and woke up to a draw. I must say my tactic worked as i never saw the last 15 minutes.
There was a tackle on one of our players, similar to Coopers and I think their player got booked. But I had to laugh at the commentator when he called it a full blooded tackle, even though like Coopers he got the ball and player, but got sent off. The inconsistency in football is frustrating to say the least and how mo salad got away with his indiscretion is beyond me.
I have come to hate the phrase "Check complete". Thiago could have pulled a gun out last night and shot one of our players and the next words out of the commentators mouth would have been "check complete". It is once again the inconsistency that pisses me off.
Mo salad deserved at least a dressing down for that. The phillips 'foul' on milner they were oohing and ahhing at was actually a case of milner winning the ball, then clattering into phillips. Off his feet, out of control, winning the ball doesn't matter, straight red for Milner surely. If it had been the other way round? Sadly, I'm only half joking in this crazee world.
I love watching the Dug out cam on LUTV. I like to watch the subs reactions. see who really cares when we score and who simply have no reaction. Tell alot about the morale of the players. Alioski - Anyone thinking his mind is on a move elsewhere can think again. He was the first person up when Llorente scored and was the most passionate of our equaliser. Shackleton - Gelhardt - stood up applauding, followed my Koch a few seconds later you could see Koch slow clapping thinking Sh*t but that was Llorente I'm on the bench again next game lol. Casilla was sitting like he was already on that beach but to be fair he responded with a little bit passion. The player that really didn't show any emotion was Leif Davis took him a good 5-10 seconds to show any emotion then finally applauded it. it was like oh do I have stand up and clap. guess his mind was on call of duty on twitch lol. Just small things but does show who's eyes were firmly on the game and wanting it more.
