Beyond me why club's still take a gamble with him. He must be laughing all the way to the bank once his hurt pride has recovered, if he still has any.
Another hefty pay off for him. The game has passed him by and he just can't get players to play for him the way they used to.
he needs to step away from football , he looks like he's on the edge. Take a year off and relax, spend some time away from the poxy premier league while it self-destructs up its own European Super-Arse. I wouldn't be surprised if he wakes up this morning with a huge weight off his shoulders.
Wouldn't it be funny if Spurs sacked him relying on the sign-up ESL Structural Adjustment bribe money for paying up his contract?
Can't see him getting another job at a top club. Sacked by Real and Chelsea is one thing, but sacked by Man Utd and Tottenham is another. Hopefully he ends up at the mags when Bruce finally bursts
Levy isn't daft. They will continue to pay him his monthly wage until such time as he gets a new job. Effectively putting him on gardening leave SO, he can do what Di Canio and (I think) Eriksson did and just sit on his hands until the expiry of his last contract OR he can forfeit the remainder of his salary to take another job There is no way Spurs/Levy will pay out a lump sum
