Can City rectify the two defeats they suffered earlier on this season to these team? Has @FrankfurterBlue blown his advanatage in the relegation dogfight?
I fear that I have, indeed, blown my advantage. effectively all square near the bottom now. But the silver lining is that Mr Clingo would be extremely good company on the way back down. Brentford 3 us 1, which Mr Moore scoring for us. Wycombe nil us 2, with Wilson scoring. I went to Wycombe once to see them play Maidstone in a FA Cup round. (I was on a management course in Chalfont St Giles). Biggest memory was an open bank at one goal end and the sight of every outfield player within the centre circle when goal kicks were taken.
Don’t worry Mr Frankfurter - I’ve just decided that after ten years of first division predicting I have a god given right to never be relegated and have decided that from next season I’ll be forming my own independent league to ensure competitive predicting for all
Hmmmmm some would argue that @Masky doesnt have the required esteem or merit to be involved in a ‘Super League’ As they say, one swallow (Been top for a couple of weeks 5 years ago) doesn’t make a season
Nothing for me to play for except continue to seek one or two elusive correct results and with City having nothing to play for it can only be a home win. Brentford 3 Cardiff 0
But remember March 2015. Brentford 1 Cardiff 2 and we finished with only 9 men on the park. Do you still have your "I saw Macheda and Revell score in the same game" t-shirt? We had a bit of a different team then though with Manga, Fabio, Whitts and Gunnar. Only Morrison is still with us and they have none of the same players.
Why change the habit of a lifetime - I'll go for a City win but I really don't know why. Brentford 1 - 3 City with Flint getting one on target (and actually going in).
