Just said earlier. Thought Diamond and Hulme worked well together the other night.
Think its time LJ started to develop some settled partnerships let the players develop some understandings.
    Fullbacks/wingers midfield Front two.
He is drilling systems into players but I think they need to develop understandings of how each other play.
Different class I know but I look at the likes of Teilemans and Ndidi for Leicester first names on the team sheet
and they know each others game inside out. Play like they are on a piece of string
Don't think we've had the same two midfielders in consecutive games all season

Right lads today is about showing desire, commitment and a never say die attitude. Get out and win individual battles, get the ball down and move it quick. Lets see a reaction from you all.

Can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m pleased he’s gone with McFadzean, too much too soon for Hume.

That's a hard team to sort out in my head.

Lots of attacking players in the team.

Edit: Just the four out-and-out attackers when I look again!

It's odd because I thought Younger looked pretty good when he got his chance, but he was unceremoniously hauled off at half time and hasn't been near the first team since despite us having a hardcore injury crisis. It's like he had an unspeakably bad shocker but he was fine.

Not the biggest fan of McLaughlin but I was ready to have him at rb so we actually had a ‘specialist’ there for the rest of the season, frustrating that he’s going to be out

Yeah - he looked fine, very assured and calm.
Weird that he's not given the chance, given our injury crisis.
I'm sure Patrick Almond would be fine in this league too.

That starting XI fills me with dread.

Leadbitter and Scowen as a middle 2 is rank and a back 4 without Sanderson's pace is a recipe for disaster with a centre mid at right back, a centre mid come right back at centre back and a chocolate fireguard at left back.

Hope I'm totally wrong but I can see us getting overrun all over the pitch today and being on the end of a 3 or 4 nil.

Didn't think I was gonna buy a match pass I felt so deflated after Wigan but I've paid for it......

They must be wondering if they'll ever get a chance, if not now then when? Johnson must not rate them at all or be scared of putting too much pressure on them but if you went three at the back with one experienced defender they could do a job you'd think.

Wouldn't be surprised if Winchester filled in at CB before they did.
