Not a surprise, they really do need a manager/coach that can get the best out of the talent we have in the younger age groups.
He really doesn't get the best out of a terrific crop of young players .. and when the excuses started rolling out about it being an 'impossible job think that was the death knell ringing .. lucky to be employed in my opinion .. another yes man slid in to a role that many others would be far better suited to .. wonder if Eddie Howe fancies it or will go to a regular managers job.
