<laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh> there is nee need for all the hostility that's been going around lately, we all love the team and want an enjoyable chat after the match instead of being picked on for your views, went to hospital yesterday made me reflect life's to short if people get your back up try and reason with them before blowing a lid.

You're ok I hope mate? I know what you mean, if I think someone's on a wind up I'll just ignore them and if I argue with someone I'll let it go as soon as possible and stop going on about it. Water under the bridge innit.

I honestly think Gooch has been awful every game this season unless he’s played as a wing back, very ineffective, decision making poor, seldom gets in scoring positions ....

its all opinions mate my view is he has come up with some critical goals when needed, he is ok when attacking weaker sides, but stronger teams have him sussed. We have got better players, but when we play weaker teams he is effective and gives a first teamer a rest. mind you i'm not a great football tactician i just love watching the lads, i know when we see a player that just wont cut it if we get promoted mind you i love Jones

I agree with you, when he plays wingback Gooch has grass ahead of him to run into and is much more effective, he runs up too many blind alleys when he is played further up the field.
