    I had salmon marinated in sweet chilli sauce, a MnS packet job - mrs bought it (just proved to me that you shouldn't **** with salmon) was OK but nah, salmon is good left as it is.

    Small potatoes crushed in butter and parsley.

    Sweet carrots and sweetcorn

    And a big bottle of Stella, and I was drinking last night too so I best not tomorrow <laugh>

    I was a lot happier with the second-half than I would have been with that food to be honest. A good katsu is meant to be crispy but with the chicken moist - that looks like you have bread-crumbed and deep-fried the sole of an old shoe.

    Loads of folk get **** scared of eating fish because of the bones. But if it's cooked properly you just lift the tail and the whole lot will come out in one go.

    Which is why it's good to cook the fish whole <ok>
