Just had some very disappointing marinated pork chops. Tasted like I was chewing my old school satchel.
That’s why I hate pork, can’t eat it rare so it has to be cooked right through and if it’s fractionally over it’s like chewing rope.
If you get good quality pork loin you can cook it so that is just pink in the middle and it makes a big difference as I agree with you on overcooked pork.
