We all know what happened last time, hopefully we can manage a much better result for this meeting, especially as its an away game. Good strong team, good strong bench...

Amazing second half. The best we’ve played all season.

Amazing result here! I really liked the lineup that the manager put out there today. There is a better trend developing right about now than at any other time of Ole’s reign. We need to finish this season strongly and it will serve us very well into the next.

What a second half - it begs the usual question as to why we can't start games that way..................

I'd kind of hope the half time team talk was along the lines of "go and show that cheating, crying
    **** how to actually play"

    Job done. Was very impressive.

Cavani is a top centre forward, he makes a difference.

I thin what is most gratifying about the result is that it was a complete team performance - I honestly can't pick out a single player as having had a poor game. Excellent stuff and hopefully results like that will convince Cavani to stay for CL football next season. .

Four wins on a bounce including two away victories over City and Spurs... there is no way I would have predicted 6 points across those two games. We hardly played to win against any of the top six sides before those games, but now we are starting to take the game to them through sheer will as opposed to brute force trial and error.

This team is full of talents as most observers maintained during our inconsistent run, but we are now starting to prove that against the top sides. We really should be right up there this season, and next season with key strategic additions to an already awesome squad.

    Huge kudos to Ole!

Just have to say Cavani is a total winner with a winners mentality and drive (shame some are lacking that).
His reaction at the final whistle was like a player who had just won the CL with his childhood club, he was born to win and appreciates every one of em the same, i really hope he decides to stay for another season though i understand why if he decides to leave (never looked at it the way Ole explained it before).

Love Ole's post match comments - Son is like a big girls' blouse, hope he brought a packed lunch, no food for him tonight.

I think the half time team talk from Ole was more than just "Lads, it's Tottenham"

Wouldn't be surprised if a couple of the players hadn't said something as well.

A lot of stand out performances in the end. Cavani is world class though.

Best half time team talk i ever heard of was against Spuds by Fergie.
Remember the 3-0 down at half time game? 3 different players have all said it in different interviews.
Fergie walked into the dressing room, got a cup of tea and ****ed off into a side room. The players all sat there looking at each other and whispering "whats he gunna say/do"
The buzzer went for the second half and Fergie walked out of the side room, opened the dressing room door and said "****ing sort it"
    We won 3-5 <laugh>

I thought that was the one where he said "Lads, it's Tottenham" <laugh>

Nope, according to Nev, Scholesy and Giggs he just said ****ing sort it. Think the "lads it's Tottenham" one was a home game.

Shows the craziness of this team that I think that the sense of injustice and us going 1 down fired us. I didn’t see that second half performance coming (although praying for one). The hunger and passion was more beautiful to behold than the result. Almost.

Ultimately that VAR ****-up helped us to an incredible win and ****ed Mourinho’s CL attempt big time.
