On Bristol Rovers site there is a statement from the EFL regarding the salary cap. The matter was given to the arbitration body to resolve and they have said that the EFL was in breach of the agreement as a member of the PFNCC

The EFL will now discuss the matter of financial controls and implications linked to this outcome at a series of meetings with a series of meeting with it's member clubs later this week

That's players over 21, we can sign and play U21s I think as they don't have to included in the 22 cap number.

    That's a pity - Mbappe turned 22 a couple of months ago!

We still have 1 place for an over 21 and at least try and think of someone with quality rather than someone who falls over when you look at him, Marcus Rashford would be a reasonable signing or maybe De Bruyne or Foden at a push

According to todays WDP the players union have contacted all clubs, players and the EFL because the cap coming into force next season states that league 1 & 2 can only register 20 players for the coming season this does not include u21s. They are saying that with the number of games played by these teams players are more likely to pick up major injuries
