In a team that struggles to. Out for what remains of the season. Bristol City manager Nigel Pearson delivers injury update on Liam Walsh and Nathan Baker - Bristol Live (bristolpost.co.uk)
Give him another season and if he cant get fit he will go to Coventry where they have magic spells that keep away the evil fitness spirits that lurk all around BS3 and Fail Land.
The injury situation frustrates me probably more than anything else at BS3. Its FAR greater than any other Championship club this season. I read somewhere that only Liverpool have had a greater number of players injured this season in the entire football league. The thing is; it's not unusual for us. Either we constantly recruit crocks with jelly muscles and china legs, or our training methods are dangerous.
Something is not right somewhere with the training and injury management of our team. We have had so many hamstring injuries this season, some of them repeat injuries to the same player. A deep dive into this issue has to be done by the club. If you're a player thinking about coming to City, surely this would play on your mind, how many players get injured regularly at our club?
