How so. We aren't in the EU and even when we were we weren't owned by the EU.

Only mongofied nazi cùnts think otherwise.

Apart from straight bananas and no duty free, I can't think of any EU laws that I really hated.

Born in Essex in 1274, Robert the Bruce was a French-speaking Anglo-Norman with enormous estates in England. He was the rightful heir to Alexander III, but Edward I appointed John Balliol as king in his stead. He betrayed William Wallace at the battle of Falkirk and scored one victory over Edward II on a boggy hillside at Bannockburn with his band of ill-equipped peasants then died of leprosy in 1327. That’s what most people know about Robert the Bruce...

    Why is UK called Blighty?
"Blighty" was first used in India in the 1800's, and meant an English or British visitor. It's thought to have derived from the Urdu word "vilāyatī" which meant foreign. The term then gained popularity during trench warfare in World War One, where "Blighty" was used affectionately to refer to Britain.11 Jun 2019

Spain will have them back in, they have dropped opposition to Scotland. They probably view it as one in the eye for a Tubs over The Rock.

Most people in the UK know fùck all about Robert the Bruce. Or anything else for that matter.

In fact most people in the UK thought the EU owned the UK when they were in the EU!

Independence will be plenty good for me because I don't give a fùck about rejoining the EU.

Spain will lick our big Scots hairy arse for access to our fishing waters. So will Engurland.

Brain dead Leftie alert: once again not reading what was written and coming up with an illogical inference.

I have no problem with the democratic right to protest peacefully.

The brain dead Leftie anarchists that just want an excuse to fight with the police – 107 arrested at the weekend – should just be shot. It would save their middle class parents a fortune in maintenance. Or perhaps they should just be rounded up and sent to North Korea to live under an authoritarian regime that represents their values.

Why go as far as North Korea to avoid the democratic right to protest? Just move to China. They would send you to a camp for re-education, although in your case that might not be necessary.

If they were to go to a nation that follows the ideology they advocate, they could just find out what being visibly ethnic means in those places, and be able to make a better comparison to here. . :emoticon-0102-bigsm

In Lincolnshire, there is a New Holland.
Before the Humber Bridge, the ferry across the Humber to Kingston upon Hull departed here.

And if you go to Spalding in the South of Lincolnshire, you will be in the district of South Holland. That used to be in Holland, Lincolnshire.

Did you know, New Holland was called that because it was used as a dropping point for illicit goods from the continent?

I've no idea if that's factually correct, but I read, I like it, so I'm sticking with it.
