I've banged this drum for a long time, but he really isn't the right manager for us. He hasn't got the players to play his system and he clearly can't coach it into them, and he sure as **** isn't going to get players who can bought for him. We're staring relegation right in the face but barely anyone can see it
You have to say that Dyche is likely to shut up shop in the second half, but it's still very open atm.
Personally I'd choose to base him on the entirety of 2020 where we were outstanding for most of it. A far longer period of time to make a judgement than the past 4 months. I must admit I'm slightly concerned and fed up with this form, but Ralph is 100% the right manager and I'm still backing him. We aren't going down this season, so I'm not too panicky right now. This is a weird season, full of weird, mitigating factors. If was carry on like this next season, I might reconsider my view, but right now,very much Team Ralph.
