I didn't think Oxford were better than us, I did worry they were the sort of side who could cause us problems on the break and if we we're in poor scoring mode on the day maybe they could nick a result.

That looked possible but we showed how dogged we are and their shìthousery bit them on the arse.
Just like i said about that Oxford fan saying we hadn't done the double on a top ten team :D

    Buzzing :)

Worst team we’ve faced all season. I genuinely hope they get in the plays offs, because if we fall short I would fancy us to smash these.

Going to do the unthinkable and agree with smug. Wyke needs dropping, anonymous all game yet again. Give Stewart a start against Posh, looks a much bigger threat and he actually looks interested.

Missed most of the match today. I sort out my airline sick bags on Good Friday.

    Fab result.

    Enjoyed Powers celebration.

on first view and angle i probably thought exactly the same, but watching the reverse angle he got just enough swerve to keep it out of reach of burge...and i was one who had little faith in him a few weeks ago.

if we are all honest, there were a few in the squad that did not fill us full of confidence on matchday yet now i cannot think of one who has not improved his work rate or indeed one i would want to be dropped, yes they will all have 'off days' but that is the life of a footballer, accept that and we can accept that they have all, to a man, stepped up to the plate.

I thought that in the first half, or for the first 35mins or so, you could see where their results were coming from. They are quick in places, pretty well organised, and a bloody niggly lot. You'd have needed an abacus to count the fouls they committed, and they were lucky to finish with ten.

Very good from us in the second half, and even before the sending off I thought we were much more at it, full backs up a bit further and looking likely to score. Manager did his job at half time there .

Apprectiate the constructive reply, instead of the verbal bullying that I’ve been receiving lately (no names mentioned) I like Burge, just think he could have done better, but we all have your own opinions.

Oxford, gave all that ****housery out but couldn’t take it. Robinson saying he’s got the police involved for a head butt, but then he’s also given a red card himself for bad behaviour.<doh>

Well done to the 2 member of Oxfords staff laughing off Max’s celebration btw, not enough banter in football these days and glad they took it as that.

    Are you on RTG ?
If not and you don't like the stick on here try there lol.
The thing is on here it's not full of negative wums and your not called a happy clapper every five minutes.
I personally don't like calling out players although there may be odd occasion i have.
    Certainly chodwell ffs.

But you just "seem" to do it regularly for a reaction.
I say "seem" and apologies if incorrect but there you go ;)

Just to add to that, although I hardly frequent RTG lately, I do like the forum and some great posters.
And I've never really had any shìt on there.
    Unfortunately :D

Spot on the lad hit it early preventing But he from setting himself up, it was placed in the one spot the keeper couldn't cover, a really good goal imo.

I'd normally be all over a match thread, especially when we should all be happy and looking forward to Monday.

But Wolfy wants to monopolise it and make me the focus for his endless bile ...

... I'll keep off it entirely so it doesn't ruin it for everyone.

Enjoy your night lads, another fantastic team achievement <party>

I’m just honest and say what I think fella. Apparently if you aren’t being 100% positive about absolutely everything then you are a mag. No I asked for my account to be deactivated as they lick hank Williams hooter.
